We were very fortunate to have Myles Construction on board for our recent apartment renovations. We can’t recommend Craig and his team enough. There were a lot of hurdles to overcome, including the fact that we live away and we had to find a contractor we could fully trust. Our apartment is right in the middle of Perth with only one car space available and street parking is not readily available. Also, being a 7th floor apartment we had many concerns including strata, noise, dust, access, etc. It was such a relief dealing with Craig. He is accustomed to strata requirements, worked around parking constraints, liaised with neighbours, protected the hallway and lifts throughout the works. Furthermore, Craig kept us informed all the way through the renovations and any issues were dealt with proactively. In addition to Craig’s professional approach, his workmanship is excellent. The finished works are better than we hoped for. We would like to express our appreciation and thanks to Myles Construction for a very rewarding job and we will definitely use Myles Construction for future renovations.
