Our recent experience of working with Myles construction and Myles By Design in completing our home renovation has been amazing. Every aspect of the renovation has surpassed our expectations and we could not be happier. The combined design and building service that is offered by Craig and Stacey is truly personal and thoughtful and created a space that we have fallen in love with. Myles Construction and Myles By Design along with every member of their team are absolute professionals who take a huge amount of pride in their work resulting in a perfect finish. We cannot recommend them strongly enough if you are looking for a hassle free renovation with people that you can trust.

We were very fortunate to have Myles Construction on board for our recent apartment renovations. We can’t recommend Craig and his team enough. There were a lot of hurdles to overcome, including the fact that we live away and we had to find a contractor we could fully trust. Our apartment is right in the middle of Perth with only one car space available and street parking is not readily available. Also, being a 7th floor apartment we had many concerns including strata, noise, dust, access, etc. It was such a relief dealing with Craig. He is accustomed to strata requirements, worked around parking constraints, liaised with neighbours, protected the hallway and lifts throughout the works. Furthermore, Craig kept us informed all the way through the renovations and any issues were dealt with proactively. In addition to Craig’s professional approach, his workmanship is excellent. The finished works are better than we hoped for. We would like to express our appreciation and thanks to Myles Construction for a very rewarding job and we will definitely use Myles Construction for future renovations.

Knowledgeable and lovely staff at Myles Construction. There tradesmen are very much switched on with their trade who presented us with a very brand new bathroom. Craig was incredibly helpful, offering great advice as well as quality bathroom products. On time, quick service and an excellent clean up of the site. They really improved our home with a spectacular bathroom which we are more than pleased with. Well done by all.

Myles Construction transformed our old rental to a beautiful home. We were overwhelmed by how much work we needed to do to bring our property back up but Craig took it all on board and got straight to work. I would thoroughly recommend Myles Construction. Craig and his team were faultless with their planning and delivery. The upgrade and redesign of our two bathrooms and powder room were methodically planned to minimise disruption to our household. They were completed on time and in budget. Throughout the whole process, Craig and his design team were always accessible and willing to find solutions that fit in with our style (and budget) and have delivered a result that has far exceeded expectation. His entire team were friendly and respectful. They to be commended for always ensuring that the the site was left safe and clean each day. I will definitely use Myles Construction again.
